Welcome to Transformative Self-Love! These Terms & Conditions govern the use of http://www.transformativeselflove.com and the coaching services, courses, and digital content provided by Transformative Self-Love ("Company," "we," "us," "our").
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

  1. Services Offered

We provide:
✔ 1:1 Coaching Sessions (virtual or in-person)
✔ Online Courses & Digital Products (pre-recorded lessons, downloadable materials)
✔ Community & Group Coaching (if applicable)
All services are designed for personal development but do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  1. Eligibility & Client Responsibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
  • You agree to be responsible for your own choices, actions, and well-being.
  • Coaching is a collaborative process that requires your commitment to personal growth.

  1. Booking, Payments & Refunds

3.1. Coaching Services
  • Payments must be made in full before each session (or as per a payment plan).
  • Sessions must be booked in advance via our scheduling system (or via email if mutually agreed upon).
3.2. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited session without a refund.
3.3. Online Courses & Digital Products
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final (no refunds after purchase).
  • Course access is granted only to the purchaser and may not be shared.

  1. Right to Cancel & 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, Clients have the right to cancel their coaching program or online course purchase within 14 days of booking, without providing a reason.
  • If the Client wishes to exercise this right, they must notify the Coach in writing via [email protected] within the 14-day period.
  • If a refund is requested within this period:
    • For coaching services: If no sessions have taken place, a full refund will be issued. If a session has already been conducted, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
    • For online courses & digital products: If the course has already been accessed or downloaded, the refund may be partially or fully declined, depending on the nature of the content.
  • After the 14-day period, all purchases are considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

  1. Confidentiality

  • Coaching sessions are strictly confidential, and personal details will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.
  • You agree to maintain privacy and professionalism in any group coaching or community discussions.

  1. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

  • All materials provided during coaching sessions, online courses, and digital programs (documents, videos, audios, worksheets, guided meditations, etc.) are the intellectual property of Transformative Self-Love.
  • You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental consequences resulting from your application of coaching insights or course materials.
  • You acknowledge that personal development is a self-led process, and your results depend on your own effort.

  1. Use of Website & Cookies

  • Your use of our website is subject to our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which outlines how we collect and use data.
  • We may use cookies to enhance user experience and track website performance.

  1. Modification of Services & Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or course content at any time.
  • Changes to these Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Dutch legal regulations through mediation or legal proceedings.
